Description of Service

Debloat is a mobile application that allows users to enhance facial definition and sculpt jawlines using AI-powered facial enhancement technology. The app processes photos locally on your device and provides jawline enhancement, facial debloating, and contour definition features.

User Accounts

Debloat does not require user accounts or registration. All app functionality is available without creating an account.

Subscription Services

Debloat offers premium subscription services that provide additional features and capabilities:

Premium Features:

  • Unlimited facial enhancements and definitions
  • Advanced jawline sculpting tools
  • Premium contour definition features
  • High-resolution export options
  • Advanced facial debloating tools
  • Precision enhancement controls
  • Priority customer support
  • Ad-free experience

Subscription Plans:

  • Monthly Plan: $4.99 per month
  • Annual Plan: $39.99 per year (Save 33%)
  • Lifetime Plan: $99.99 one-time payment

Subscription Terms:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

In-App Purchases

Debloat offers various in-app purchases to enhance your experience:

Available Purchases:

  • Premium subscription plans (as described above)
  • Individual enhancement tool packs
  • Premium definition features
  • Advanced precision controls

Purchase Terms:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Prices may change at any time with notice
  • Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect

Free Trial

Debloat may offer free trial periods for premium features:

  • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial period
  • Trial periods are limited to one per user per feature

Refund Policy

Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled according to the following policies:

  • iOS Users: Refunds are processed through Apple's App Store refund system
  • Android Users: Refunds are processed through Google Play Store policies
  • Contact the respective app store for refund requests
  • We do not process refunds directly

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
  • Use the app to enhance photos of others without their consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
  • Share your subscription with others
  • Use the app to create misleading or deceptive images

Debloat and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Enhancement Accuracy

While we strive for high-quality facial enhancements, results may vary based on photo quality and lighting. Users should understand that enhancements are for entertainment purposes.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the app, to understand our practices.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Facial enhancements are provided for entertainment purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Debloat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and posting the new Terms on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app is developed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

iOS App Store Specific Terms

For iOS users, these Terms are in addition to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You acknowledge that:

  • Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party
  • Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claims
  • You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo
